We strive to provide quality products that meet your expectations. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by following these guidelines:
Refund Eligibility
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
- Refund Request: Customers can request a refund by sending an email to dealbreaker.in@gmail.com. Include your order details and the reason for the refund.
- Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request, a confirmation email will be sent within 1 business day. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
We provide an option for you to cancel your order before it is shipped.
Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 1 day of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be possible if the product has already been shipped.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your order in two ways:
- Via Email: Send an email to dealbreaker.in@gmail.com with your order details. We will confirm the cancellation within 1 business day.
- Order Details Page: Visit the Order Details page on our website and select the option to cancel your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Cancellation Fees
- There are no fees for cancellations made within the specified timeframe. However, if an order cannot be canceled due to late notice (i.e., the product has already been shipped), it will be treated as a refund request.
3. Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products or services may be marked as non-refundable or non-cancellable. These items will be clearly identified on our product pages, and exceptions will not be made for them.
